The line reads: “Nous recuperons les restes de peinture”. Which translates to: “We collect leftover paint”. (Thanks Simon!) I think its an extremely clever location specific advertisement.
EDIT*** I originally had the location as somewhere in France, but I’ve been informed that I was actually in Montreal, Quebec. My bad!

This is not in France. It took place in Montreal (Canada). The correct translation would be «We collect leftover paint.»
