This Guy Is My Hero

First of all the guy’s last name is Carnevale, second of all he made the most amazing monster on the side of the street out of road barrels I’ve ever seen, mostly because I’ve never seen one before.

Raleigh police arrested a North Carolina State University student last week who was accused of creating a “monster” out of construction barrels and placing it on the side of the road.
